I’m reading Red Magic. It’s the third book in the Harper Series. WolfheartFPS recommended the Harper series while I was watching a Let’s Play of Baldur’s Gate 3. So far, I’ve enjoyed all the books, however I liked Elfshadow the best. I couldn’t help but imagine Matt Berry as the as the mage apprentice. My image or Arilyn Moonblade was a little more influx. Sometimes I pictured her as Evangeline Lily, Kate Beckinsale or Liv Tyler. Anyway, I’m about halfway through with Red Magic, and the last couple of chapters have been more interesting than the first part of the book.

I’m listening to an audiobook called The Philosophy Book: Big Ideas explained Simply. I took a philosophy class in school, but honestly I feel like I’m learning more from this audiobook than a whole semester of lectures from my former professor. While I’m writing I like to listen to cyberpunk music and while I’m drawing I like Lo-Fi music.

I’ve been watching an anime called Freiren: Beyond Journey’s End. I like to put an episode on in the morning and hop on my exercise bike. It makes the time go by fast. I first heard about it from the YouTube channel Gigguk. I recommend it too if you like wholesome fantasy stories about grieving/celebrating lost friends and bygone times.

I recently started playing Jedi: Survivor. It’s a little buggy, but maybe that’s why I got it for half off. I’m enjoying it so far, despite a few visual glitches in the beginning. I wonder if Cal will seal the deal with the girl from Dathomir. What are you consuming?
